I General issues

  1. The owner of the children's store, hereinafter referred to as the seller, is Dino Izabela Pełka, headguarters: 93-036 Łódż Piotra Skargi 12, CEIDG NIP 725-003-24-99, www.firma.gov.pl.
  2. Each stroller with a car seat - included in the 3in1 set - is delivered for free only in Poland.
  3. International shipping prices .
  4. The prices of strollers, car seats and furniture are identical in dino.sklep.pl and in a stationary store.
  5. Prices of other products may vary.
  6. A receipt or VAT invoice is attached to each purchased product.
  7. The seller undertakes to use the personal data provided by the customer only for the purposes necessary for the sale, complaint procedure or to return the goods.
  8. Issues not included in these regulations are regulated by the Act on consumer rights (Ustawa o prawach konsumenta) from 30 may 2014 poz. 827 and Civil Code (Kodeks cywilny).
  9. In the event of interpretation doubts or ambiguity, the provisions of the legal acts referred to in the previous sentence always prevail and apply to the seller.
  10. In the event of the situation described in the previous point, the customer always has the right to choose the option that is more favorable for him.

  12. Discounts from various sources do not add up. If two or more types of discounts apply, only one, the most favorable for the customer, the highest discount will be used for the final calculation of the sale price.

II Order

  1. Automatically, using the customer's basket .
  2. Through the order form without logging in - no need to log in and enter your password.
  3. By e-mail to the following address: zamow@dino.sklep.pl (remember about product codes).
  4. By phone, giving our consultant order details and shipping details. We save this order and send it to the customer for confirmation.
  5. We respond to orders by email without delay.
  6. Based on article 84 and 88 of the Civil Code ( Kodeks cywilny), the seller reserves the right to withdraw from the contract in the event of obvious, clearly erroneous prices of goods on the store's website, caused by editorial or IT, unintentional, material error (within the meaning of article 84 of the Civil Code). In this case, the customer will be informed - within 7 days - in writing.
  7. The awaiting time for the delivery is 3 business days, if the goods are in our warehouse at the time of ordering.
  8. If the product is not in the warehouse when the order is placed, we inform the customer without delay about the date of the deliveryt.
  9. In the case of international purchases, the approximate delivery date, if the goods are in our warehouse at the time of ordering, is specified in the price list for international shipping.

III Payment

  1. Transfer - prepayment to our bank account - it is necessary to provide in the payment title the order number or your e-mail address (in the case of orders by e-mail).
  2. COD - Cash on delivery
  3. Cash or Card - at the company's headquarters.
  4. DotPay - card or online transfer. Due to the fees charged by Dotpay we charge an additional fee of 1.99% of the order value.
  5. On hire purchase (eRaty Santander How to buy on hire?) Additional handling fee 30 PLN.
  6. For international purchases, only bank prepayment (transfer) or card payment via Dotpay is possible.

IV Returns and complaints

  1. Any customer can, without giving a reason, give up purchased goods within 60 days of receiving the package.
  2. The condition for returning the goods is submitting to the seller a statement of withdrawal from the contract within 60 days from the day on which you came into possession of the item or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you came into possession of the item.   3. The option of returning the goods within 60 days does not apply to the refusal to accept the ordered goods upon delivery by courier. In such case, general regulations regarding returns in accordance with the Consumer Law Act and the Civil Code regulations regarding the performance of obligations under mutual agreements apply. 
  4. In the event of an unjustified refusal to pick up the goods delivered to the customer in accordance with the contract, the buyer is obliged to reimburse all costs incurred by the seller. By the above is meant: costs of preparation and packaging of the goods, full service of the order, delivery of the goods to the customer, return of the goods to the seller and other costs related to the implementation of the order. For a standard parcel with one package up to 30 kg, total of these costs is PLN 80.00. For more packages, the given amount increases proportionally.
  5. The consumer is obliged to return the item to the entrepreneur or hand it over to a person authorized by the entrepreneur withou delay, but no later than 14 days from the day on which he withdrew from the contract.
  6. Please, if possible, provide the returned goods with the receipt received during purchase or provide the VAT invoice number in order to issue a correcting invoice.
  7. The consumer bears financial responsibility for reducing the value of an item as a result of using it in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item.
  8. Each returned product must be packed in a cardboard box. Transporting heavy goods, especially furniture, is at high risk of damage or loss during transport. Therefore, it is necessary to pack them as carefully as possible before returning. In the event of failure to exercise due diligence in packing the goods, the customer bears financial responsibility for damage or defects caused during return transport - pursuant to art. 34 section 4 of the Act on consumer rights of 30 May 2014 item 827, pursuant to art. 415 and 548 § 1 of the Civil Code, pursuant to art. 41 and 72 of the Transport Law.
  9. Money for the goods and delivery of the goods to the customer shall be returned wihout delay, no later than 14 days after the customer's withdrawal from the contract, by bank transfer or if the account number is not provided by postal order on customer adress. The bank account number, necessary for a refund to our customers, can be sent by email or registered letter to the seller address.
  10. The cost of returning the goods by the customer is not financed by the seller, which means that the consumer bears the direct cost of returning the item.
  11. The seller is obliged to deliver goods free from defects.
  12. We provide 2 years warranty for all purchased goods.
  13. We process complaints without delay within 14 days. Detailed rules of complaint procedure here.

  15. The seller is not bound by the code of good practices due to his belief that not plain words and declarations, but real deeds are a measure of the entrepreneur's ethical behavior.

V Shipping conditions

  1. Each package we send can be traced and determine what happens to it during shipping. All you need to do is enter the GLS, Schenker, Raben, DPD website and enter (preferably using the clipboard) the parcel waybill number provided by us by email.
  2. We deliver goods with courier companies GLS, DPD, Schenker, Raben and DHL.
  3. We also send goods abroad. Here detailed price list for international shipping.
  4. Please check the state and look of achieved parcels with the courier to see if there are any visible damages, that might occur during transport.
  5. If the damage is visible, it is necessary to write a protocol of damege with the courier on the day of delivery.
  6. Please check the contents of the package you received, even if the carton is undamaged. If damage is found inside, a courier should be called immediately and a damage protocol written. However, not later than within 6 days from the date of delivery of the package.

VI.Shipping costs in Poland

  1. Free shipping of every 3in1 pram set with a car seat in Poland.
  2. All parcels worth more than PLN 1,500, where the maximum weight of a single package is 30 kg and the dimensions of a single package do not exceed 140x70x30 cm, are delivered free of charge in Poland. The above does not apply to big beds, wardrobes, chests and other large and heavy furniture - see table below.
  3. Shipping costs, in which the weight of at least one single package exceeds the above mentioned limit parameters, are given in the table below.
  4. In the case of heavy and large-size furniture packages or vehicles, it is necessary to ship them on a pallet - prices in the table. The same prices apply to the shipment of two or more large-size elements (e.g. wardrobe elements) that significantly exceed the above-mentioned limit parameters, even if they are not on the pallet.
  5. Our IT system does not include prices for large oversized parcels. When placing an order, the cost of delivery of such shipments is not calculated in the automatically generated total cost of the order. Then the order amount should be increased by the delivery cost resulting from the delivery price list. We will inform customer about any additional fees as soon as we receive order. We apologize for any inconvenience.
  6. The extra charge for the delivery of a domestic shipment by GLS on Saturday is PLN 30 (please inform us in the order comment). Check here if your branch is providing the service
  7. All shipments are insured.
  8. Our IT system does not include prices for international shipments. When placing an order, the cost of delivery of such shipments is not calculated in the automatically generated total cost of the order. Then the amount of the order should be increased by the cost of foreign delivery resulting from the price list. We will inform customer about any additional fees as soon as we receive order.. We apologize for any inconvenience.
  9. International shipping costs .
  10. For individual packages over 30 kg or pallets, the shipping cost includes delivery only to the "first customer door". Which means that the service does not include bringing goods of this weight to the upper floors. This results directly from the regulations of the Transport Law and the regulations of courier companies.
  11. In the case of delivery of individual packages weighing over 30 kg in Łódź, it is possible, by way of exception and at the express request of the customer, to bring goods to higher floors free of charge by Dino employees who deliver the ordered goods. In this situation, the seller is not financially responsible for any damage caused during the delivery of parcels with this weight. Then any responsibility bears the client.
