Privacy policy and the use of cookies on the dino.sklep.pl website This document concerns the processing and protection of personal data concerning Users in connection with their use of the website: dino.sklep.pl (hereinafter the "Website").

The Dino respects the right to privacy of the Users of the dino.sklep.pl website. In particular, it protects their personal data and applies appropriate organizational and technical solutions to prevent interference with Users' privacy by third parties. Our activities are aimed at guaranteeing the User a sense of full security at the level appropriate to applicable law, including:

    Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation);
    Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services;
    Act of 16 July 2004 Telecommunications Law.

The use of the Dino Website is carried out using a secure SSL protocol, which significantly increases the protection of data transmission over the Internet. Please be advised that as part of the Website external links may be placed enabling its Users to directly reach other websites or, while using the Website, cookies may also be placed on your device from other entities, in particular from providers such as: Facebook, Twitter, Google+, in order to enable you to use the Website's functionalities integrated with these websites. Each of the suppliers sets out the rules for the use of cookies in their privacy policy, therefore we have no influence on the privacy policy of the suppliers and the use of cookies. For security reasons, we recommend that before using the resources offered by other websites or services, each User read the document regarding the privacy policy and the use of Cookies, if they have been made available, and if they are not available, contact the administrator of the given page or service in to obtain information in this regard.

Glossary of terms:

    cookie - this is small information saved by the server on the User's computer, which the server can read when reconnecting from this computer,
    system log - this is the information that the User's computer transmits to the server at each connection, it can contain various data (e.g. IP number), from which it is possible to determine more or less precisely where the connection came from,
    IP address - an individual number, which usually has every computer connected to the Internet, the IP number can be permanently associated with the computer (static) or assigned to a given connection (dynamic),
    SSL protocol - a special standard for transmitting data on the Internet, in which transmission is encoded, unlike ordinary transmission, where transmission is carried out in open text.

II Data collection

In the scope of using the Website by the User, we store http queries directed to the server. Viewed resources are identified by URL addresses and relate to:

    the public IP address of the terminal device from which the request came;
    User's station names - identification carried out by the http protocol, if possible;
    User's name provided in the authorization process;
    time of inquiry;
    first line of http request;
    http response code;
    the number of data sent by the server;
    URL address of the page previously visited by the User (so-called referrer link) - if the Website was accessed via an external link;
    information about the User's browser;
    information about errors that occurred during the implementation of the http transaction.

The above data are not associated with specific people browsing the Website. Services do not automatically collect any information except for information contained in Cookies. The information collected in this way is used, among others down:

    Website management;
    identifying possible security threats;
    research on aggregate Users' traffic within the Website and for statistical purposes, including using Google Analytics tools.

However, the User may be asked to provide the following personal data regarding the use of the Website's functionalities:

    first name and last name;
    e-mail address (e-mail address);
    Phone number;
    company address and name;
    the content of the contact message.

Providing the data indicated above is voluntary, but without providing it, it may not be possible to use the Website to purchase goods.
III. Processing of personal data

IV Use of Cookies

Service, in accordance with art. 173 of the Telecommunications Act of 16 July 2004, uses Cookies that constitute IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on the User's end device. Cookies usually contain the name of the website from which they originate, their storage time on the end device and a unique number. Cookies are used to:

    facilitate the User to use the Website while browsing;
    later association of the User in the event of a re-connection of the Website with the device on which they were saved;
    creating statistics that help to understand how Website Users use websites, which allows improving their structure and content;
    adapt the content of the Website pages to specific User's preferences and optimize the use of websites tailored to the User's individual needs;

As part of the Website, we use the following types of Cookies:
