Privacy policy and the use of cookies on the dino.sklep.pl website This document concerns the processing and protection of personal data concerning Users in connection with their use of the website: dino.sklep.pl (hereinafter the "Website").
The Dino respects the right to privacy of the Users of the dino.sklep.pl website. In particular, it protects their personal data and applies appropriate organizational and technical solutions to prevent interference with Users' privacy by third parties. Our activities are aimed at guaranteeing the User a sense of full security at the level appropriate to applicable law, including:
Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation);
Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services;
Act of 16 July 2004 Telecommunications Law.
The use of the Dino Website is carried out using a secure SSL protocol, which significantly increases the protection of data transmission over the Internet. Please be advised that as part of the Website external links may be placed enabling its Users to directly reach other websites or, while using the Website, cookies may also be placed on your device from other entities, in particular from providers such as: Facebook, Twitter, Google+, in order to enable you to use the Website's functionalities integrated with these websites. Each of the suppliers sets out the rules for the use of cookies in their privacy policy, therefore we have no influence on the privacy policy of the suppliers and the use of cookies. For security reasons, we recommend that before using the resources offered by other websites or services, each User read the document regarding the privacy policy and the use of Cookies, if they have been made available, and if they are not available, contact the administrator of the given page or service in to obtain information in this regard.
Glossary of terms:
cookie - this is small information saved by the server on the User's computer, which the server can read when reconnecting from this computer,
system log - this is the information that the User's computer transmits to the server at each connection, it can contain various data (e.g. IP number), from which it is possible to determine more or less precisely where the connection came from,
IP address - an individual number, which usually has every computer connected to the Internet, the IP number can be permanently associated with the computer (static) or assigned to a given connection (dynamic),
SSL protocol - a special standard for transmitting data on the Internet, in which transmission is encoded, unlike ordinary transmission, where transmission is carried out in open text.

II Data collection
In the scope of using the Website by the User, we store http queries directed to the server. Viewed resources are identified by URL addresses and relate to:
the public IP address of the terminal device from which the request came;
User's station names - identification carried out by the http protocol, if possible;
User's name provided in the authorization process;
time of inquiry;
first line of http request;
http response code;
the number of data sent by the server;
URL address of the page previously visited by the User (so-called referrer link) - if the Website was accessed via an external link;
information about the User's browser;
information about errors that occurred during the implementation of the http transaction.
The above data are not associated with specific people browsing the Website. Services do not automatically collect any information except for information contained in Cookies. The information collected in this way is used, among others down:
Website management;
identifying possible security threats;
research on aggregate Users' traffic within the Website and for statistical purposes, including using Google Analytics tools.
However, the User may be asked to provide the following personal data regarding the use of the Website's functionalities:
first name and last name;
e-mail address (e-mail address);
Phone number;
company address and name;
the content of the contact message.
Providing the data indicated above is voluntary, but without providing it, it may not be possible to use the Website to purchase goods.
III. Processing of personal data
The data related to the User collected through the Website may be used to determine the adaptation of the content of the Website to the needs of the User and to provide answers to the user's inquiry using the contact form. The Users' personal data collected is not transferred to international organizations or to third countries. Personal data may be processed by other entities in accordance with Union or national law. Personal data collected through forms that the User has agreed to are processed for the purpose and period necessary to properly handle the task.

IV Use of Cookies
Service, in accordance with art. 173 of the Telecommunications Act of 16 July 2004, uses Cookies that constitute IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on the User's end device. Cookies usually contain the name of the website from which they originate, their storage time on the end device and a unique number. Cookies are used to:
facilitate the User to use the Website while browsing;
later association of the User in the event of a re-connection of the Website with the device on which they were saved;
creating statistics that help to understand how Website Users use websites, which allows improving their structure and content;
adapt the content of the Website pages to specific User's preferences and optimize the use of websites tailored to the User's individual needs;
As part of the Website, we use the following types of Cookies:
session - stored on the User's end device until logging out, leaving the website or turning off the web browser;
permanent - stored on the User's end device for the time specified in the Cookie files parameters or until they are deleted by the User;
performance - they collect information on how to use the Website's pages;
necessary "- enabling the use of services available on the Website;
functional - enabling remembering the settings selected by the User and personalizing the User's interface;
own - posted by the Website;
external "- from an external website than the Website;
The information is in no way combined with the Website User's personal data and is not used to determine the User's identity. The scope of information collected automatically depends on the User's web browser settings. Users should check their browser settings to find out what information is provided by the browser automatically or to change these settings. To this end, we recommend that you read the "Help" content of your web browser. If the User does not want to receive Cookies, he can change the settings of his browser. However, disabling Cookies necessary for authentication, security or maintaining User preferences may hinder, and in extreme cases also prevent, the use of the Website.
Consent to the use of cookies.
For our website to function properly we use cookies. To obtain your valid consent for the use and storage of cookies in the browser you use to access our website and to properly document this we use a consent management platform: CookieFirst. This technology is provided by Digital Data Solutions BV, Plantage Middenlaan 42a, 1018 DH, Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Website: https://cookiefirst.com referred to as CookieFirst.
When you access our website, a connection is established with CookieFirst’s server to give us the possibility to obtain valid consent from you to the use of certain cookies. CookieFirst then stores a cookie in your browser in order to be able to activate only those cookies to which you have consented and to properly document this. The data processed is stored until the predefined storage period expires or you request to delete the data. Certain mandatory legal storage periods may apply notwithstanding the aforementioned.
CookieFirst is used to obtain the legally required consent for the use of cookies. The legal basis for this is article 6(1)(c) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Data processing agreement
We have concluded a data processing agreement with CookieFirst. This is a contract required by data protection law, which ensures that data of our website visitors is only processed in accordance with our instructions and in compliance with the GDPR.
Server log files
Our website and CookieFirst automatically collect and store information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. The following data is collected:

- Your anonymised IP address
- Information about your Browser
- Information about your Device
- The date and time you have visited our website
- The webpage url where you saved or updated your consent preferences
- The approximate location of the user that saved their consent preference
- A universally unique identifier (UUID) of the website visitor that clicked the cookie banner
