    For rear-facing car seats, the result is usually a vertical sitting position, often seen by parents as a problem when transporting a child.
    The Universal Level Technology ™ built into the design of the seat base puts an end to this problem, because it is constructed in such a way as to always allow the correct horizontal installation of the seat, no matter what angle of inclination of the sofa your car has.
    Car couches usually have an angle of inclination of 5 to 20 degrees.

    Thanks to the Dynamic Force Absorber ™ energy absorber, the BeSafe iZi Twist B i-Size car seat is equipped with the most modern solution located in the headrest of the car seat, which provides optimal protection for the most sensitive parts of the child's body.
    It is made of special materials and structures with different zones of flexibility that optimally absorb forces during a side impact by bending on the inside and remaining more rigid on the outside.

BESAFE BABY SHELL ™ - INTERNAL BABY MODULE

    The Baby Shell ™ module is a unique infant insert that resembles position and provides the same protection as a standard infant seat. Thanks to its own shell, which is placed inside the entire iZi Twist B i-Size car seat and cushions in the headrest, the Baby Shell ™ module provides an additional layer of protection against side impact to ensure maximum safety for the child. The Baby Shell ™ module uses the

same harness straps as when using the iZi Twist B i-Size as a toddler seat - this ensures stability and allows you to use the popular and proven Magnetic Belt Assistants ™ magnet system that makes inserting and taking the child out of the seat is easy.
    The Baby Shell ™ module can be used until the child is 87 cm tall.

BESAFE NEWBORN HUGGER ™ INSERT

    To provide newborn babies with additional comfort and support, the iZi Twist B i-Size car seat is fitted with the Newborn Hugger ™ insert, which is located inside the Baby Shell ™ module.

The combination of soft materials and cleverly placed leveling pads provide newborn support and support, as well as an ideal sitting angle.

WHY FREE SPACE UNDER BASE IS NOT A SAFETY RISK

    Because the seat was constructed in the worst case scenario with a sofa, you can see the free space under the seat base for a sofa with a sharp angle of inclination. For consumers, the free space can cause

anxiety about the stability of the seat, as other car seats usually come into contact with the sofa. However, this space is by no means a threat. The car seat is not stiff, but made of soft materials. During a frontal

collision - which is the most common source of serious injuries to children - the car's sofa in any case encounters pressure from accident forces, thus not giving stability or support to the car seat.
    Therefore, even for car seats that come into contact with the car seat, the accident forces are distributed over its displacement leg and / or ISOfix system and then into the car body, and the displacement of

the car seat is prevented by the displacement leg or top tether strap (top tether).

WHAT THE ADJUSTMENT SAYS

    UN regulation r 129 does not require the seat to rest on the car seat. Instead, the regulations specify that assembly with the ISOfix system must be connected to a displacement leg or top tether to prevent

the seat from moving forward during a frontal impact. The iZi Twist B i-Size car seat is equipped with a displacement leg to distribute the accident forces over the car floor and prevent the seat from moving

forward.

WHAT YOU CAN SEE AT COLLISION TESTS

    In some crash test videos, you can see a little pressure on the bench at the test bench, which gives the impression that the impact forces are actually spread over the couch. In this case, however, the

displacement leg may slightly stick to the floor of the car. Nevertheless, the real forces that act during the accident are directed to the displacement leg and not to the sofa of the car.
