mounted using the 3-point seat belt, rearward facing, on the front or rear seat, but only on a seat without an airbag.
This model is equipped with the latest in child safety features while driving and accessories essential for the safety and comfort of the baby.
The baby's unstable, large and heavy head is protected by a robust head roll during the first months of life.
SPS - Side Protection System , further protects the child's head in side impacts.
A very practical headband canopy protects your child from the sun, wind or rain - useful whilst driving and indispensable when the seat is used outside the car.
Always "at hand", as it is concealed in the seat shell.
The quick and convenient harness adjustment system makes it easy for parents to secure their child efficiently and correctly in the seat.
To ensure that the shoulder straps run correctly over the child's shoulders, slots are provided in the seat base to allow the harness to be adjusted to the appropriate height.
The harness is secured with a central lock.

FamilyFIX base:
Fitted to cars with ISOFIX system - can be used to fit a CabrioFIX seat, Pebble seat or Pearl seat .
Two rigid Isofix attachments are attached to the base, while in cars with the Isofix system, there are Isofix attachments in the gap between the backrest and seat of the car seat. Position the base on the car seat parallel to the Isofix attachments. Then push the base backwards and the rigid attachments automatically snap onto the ISOFIX attachments themselves.
Easy installation of the Pebble or Cabrio seat and the Pearl seat using the IsoFix system
Luminous and audible confirmation of correct installation. Batteries included and replaceable (2 stick).
Uses IsoFix anchorage points, offering the highest level of safety
The base allows unique comfortable and safe positions for both the Maxi-Cosi Pebble or CabrioFix (Group 0+) and the Pearl (Group 1): for the Pebble (Cabrio) a position offering more legroom, and for the Pearl a 5-stage seat adjustment (from sitting to sleeping position).
The light flashes to indicate that the battery level has fallen below 30%. FamilyFix continues to function with a low battery, but we recommend replacing the battery to be able to use the light and audible safety control.
