Materials:
The high demands placed on our furniture are fulfilled by the use of high-quality materials. - Here we would like to provide you with a brief overview of the most important materials that we use:

Solid Woods:
Robust solid wood is a natural living product that always warps - each item of furniture produced from it is individual and unique.
Small twigs, cracks, areas of unevenness and roughness on the surface confirm that this material is genuine.
PAIDI mainly process beech, spruce, alder and beech timbers.

Fine Wooden Boards:
This is a material produced from recycled wood and timbers from forestry enterprises working along environmentally friendly lines.
For this reason fine wooden boards possess major ecological benefits.
Without exception PAIDI use fine wooden boards of the strict E1 norm.

Real Wood Veneers:
The term „real wood veneers“ refers to thin coverings made of natural wood. In order to achieve a perfect appearance, PAIDI pay particular attention to the harmonious look of the veneer on an item of furniture.
Through the use of this natural product slight deviations occur in the appearance of the veneer.

Imitation Wood:
In addition to real wood veneers, modern furniture production methods also include the use of melamine resin and foils for coating board materials.
The advantage: the surfaces are extremely easy to look after.

Surface Finishing:
The paints, protection-balsams and waxes used by PAIDI meet the strict requirements of the EN 71-3 and DIN 53160 norms.
This ensures that the surfaces are not harmful to your children‘s health even if they suck or bite them.

Fabrics:
For furniture, mattress and bed cover fabrics made of cotton, polyester and blended fabric, PAIDI use only top quality raw materials.

Door cushioning:
Unless there are technical restrictions, the cushioning system is located on each door of the PAIDI furniture to significantly improve safety in the children's room, the slow closing system protects our children's hands from being trapped.

Drawer guides:
With a few exceptions, where for technical reasons it is impossible to install them, all PAIDI drawers are equipped with an innovative operating mechanism with a stop function, followed by automatic closing which ensures protection of the child's hands when closing the drawer.

PAIDI furniture care:
Use only natural cleaners that will not damage the surface.
Often, a damp cloth is enough to remove dirt.
Stubborn stains should be washed with a cleaning agent - it is best to test whether the previously selected detergent does not leave marks on the surface.
To avoid distortion of the furniture, the room should be carefully ventilated at least once a day - also for the benefit of the child's health.
Please do not forget about rear ventilation of furniture, which should not be placed directly against the wall.
A minimum distance of approx. 20 mm from the wall to the furniture prevents the formation of moisture and mold.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in permanent damage to furniture that is not covered by the warranty.
